Project Name: IOOF – Tenancy Split & Relocations

Project Details: Somerville Electric was engaged to perform the electrical & structured cabling installation on two levels of commercial office space for Datto in Sydney CBD.

The upgrade works included:

• to strip out relocation of electrical services and subsequently fitout their new open plan office space
• New feature lighting with automated lighting control system in the  meeting rooms, breakout areas, kitchen and reception

• Emergency and Exit lighting relocations to comply with code
• General power outlets & various hardwired products to suit the tenancy splits
• Distribution boards modified circuits re-arranged to suite metering requirements including supply & install New Power Monitoring Meters
• Certified Cat6 structured cabling system for new open plan office space requirements
