Project Details: Somerville Electric was engaged to perform the electrical & structured cabling installation on two levels of commercial office space for Enero in Ultimo / Sydney CBD.

The upgrade works included:

• New exposed feature lighting, all wiring neatly run & concealed allowing a neat industrial look with the buildings original exposed wooden beams and ceilings throughout the tenancy
• Automated lighting control system with Full AV Integration
• Emergency and Exit lighting
• General power outlets & various hardwired products
• Distribution boards upgraded to RCD protection
• New Comms room with UPS Supplied APC Racks
• Cat6 structured cabling system
