Project Name: UTS Building 1 Refurb
Project Details: Somerville Electric was engaged to perform the electrical & structured cabling works involved in the refurbishment and upgrade of four floors at the University of Technology Sydney, Building 1.
The upgrade works included:

• New feature & open area lighting that integrated with the building’s existing exposed ceiling structures
• Automated lighting control system
• Emergency and exit lighting
• Power outlets & various hardwired products
• Distribution boards upgraded to RCD protection
• SiemonCat6A FTP structured cabling system
• UPS & PDU’s
